The Applied Side: How to Run Projects


Danuta Janicka-Mierzwa is a trainer and a project manager. She cooperates with Freie Universität since 2009. She has a 12 year work experience both in the public and private sector in an international context. She is a creator and a manager of the post-diploma studies in Intercultural Communication at the Collegium Civitas in Warsaw. On everyday basis she works at the Aleksander Zelwerowicz National Academy of Dramatic Art in Warsaw, where she is responsible for international cooperation. Since 2011 she is also a manager of the office of the International Theatre Schools Festival ITSelF.
