Policy Issues: Global Cities


 

Noah Toly is Associate Professor of Urban Studies and Politics & International Relations at Wheaton College and the Director of the Urban Studies Program. He holds a PhD of the University of Delaware in Urban Affairs and Public Policy. Besides a Master in Urban Affairs and Public Policy, he also holds a Master in Theology and is currently working on research related to global environmental governance and Christian ethics. He has co-authored numerous publications in the field of global cities, environmental issues and religion. He is editor of the Routledge series "Cities and Global Governance" and was selected to the Chicago Council on Global Affairs Emerging Leaders Program for 2011-2013. 2012-2013, Noah was appointed a Senior Fellow at the Martin Marty Center for the Advanced Study of Religion at the University of Chicago.
